How to book


1. Check the availability of your chosen programme(s) and make a provisional booking by e-mail to benamonarda@avired.com.

2. Read carefully our booking conditions, especially on the subject of TRANSFERS.
Print out the booking form.

3. Reserve your flight, or train or bus tickets.

4. Fill in the booking form and send your deposit in euros [120 euros per person], by transfer to our bank:
Banco de Andalucía, 29400 Ronda, Spain,
IBAN code ES79 0075 3471 9106 0507 0429, BIC/SWIFT code POPUESMM;
if you are booking from an EC country, indicate on the transfer "payment subject to EC Regulation CE2560/2001"
you must pay all charges involved (type OUR) and send us a copy of the transfer order.
We do not accept credit card payments.
Send the booking form and copy of transfer order by email or post to Benamonarda (the address is on the booking form).

5. We confirm your booking by email or post, with a receipt for the deposit plus an invoice for the balance, a slip to fill in with details of your travel arrangements, and a list of items to bring with you.

6. The balance must reach us at the latest 5 weeks before the beginning of your holiday. Don't forget to send us the slip with your travel details!

BENAMONARDA Booking Conditions and Information

The price, valid for bookings made until 15/10/2011, INCLUDES:
– full board accommodation for the duration of your holiday or course, in a bedroom for 2 [except: the festival programmes 'Biennial Flamenco Festival, Seville', 'Festival de Música Antigua, Baeza-Ubeda' and 'Jerez Flamenco Festival-Cadiz Carnival' are half-board; with 'Caliphs & Knights', 'Moorish Kingdom Granada', 'Old Castile', 'Picos de Europa', 'M&C Cuenca-Teruel', 'Relaxing Almagro', 'Almagro Theatre Festival', 'Discover Northern Spain', 'Vía de la Plata', 'Júcar-Duero-Mancha', 'Aragón-Ebro', 'New Year at Zuheros', 1 to 4 meals a week not included].
– all the activities: courses, excursions, events, walks, workshops, etc, described.#
– services of guides (including audio- or topo-guides for some cultural visits), teachers, interpreters, naturalists etc.
entrances to sites visited by the group as specified for each programme (does not apply to 'Self-guided walking in the Genal Valley').
– entry to the Jubrique municipal swimming pool (as open in summer).
– Spanish VAT (18%).
#We reserve the right to make improvements to programmes, or to modify them in case of unexpected closure of nature reserves/historical sites, extreme weather conditions, fires, etc.

DOES NOT INCLUDE the journey between your home and our rendezvous in Spain; your personal expenses; drinks other than with meals. For single room supplements see each holiday.

PRICE REDUCTIONS cumulative up to a maximum of 120 euros per person:
– booking for 2 consecutive programmes: 80 euros; for 3: 120 euros per person;
– for all previous clients of Benamonarda: 40 euros per person.
Early Booking Reduction: 60 euros off all our holidays if you book and pay the deposit (120 ¤) before 6 November 2010. This offer is in ADDITION to the above price reductions.

TRANSFERS
We offer free transfer from Málaga connecting with coaches, planes or trains scheduled to arrive before 15.00 on Sundays.
Outside these hours:
– For holidays based in Jubrique ONLY (1): we arrange you overnight accommodation (no meals) in Málaga without charge, and you will travel at your own expense by bus [fare about 10 euros; we provide timetable information] on the Monday morning to Ronda where we shall meet you.
– For other holidays starting in Málaga (2) you MUST arrive by 15.00.
– If you wish to arrive beforehand and spend a day (or more) in Málaga, we can reserve you a room at the Hotel Carlos V [about 45 euros/person/night].
For holidays with rendezvous other than at Málaga (3) a summary is given with each holiday; more details are available from Jubrique.
For the return, please bear in mind that you will not be in Málaga before 10.30 on the last day. For earlier departures a taxi transfer (at least 150 euros) will be payable.

INSURANCE EC citizens: bring a European Health Insurance Card. You may also wish to subscribe to a travel insurance.
Non-EC: you MUST subscribe to a travel insurance.
- We can only be responsible for incidents involving our personal liability, and do not accept any responsibility in case of loss of valuables or luggage, illness, natural disaster, strikes, etc...
- You are legally and financially liable for prejudice you cause to Benamonarda or third parties.
- In group holidays you must conform to the norms of security and well-being of the group.
- We accept full responsibility for the organization of your holiday or course, except in cases where we contract other societies or companies, which are then liable.
- All active holidays entail risks, however minimal. You must be aware of this and accept that Benamonarda and its contractees cannot be held responsible for accidents.

CANCELLATION If you cancel your holiday/course
– the deposit is non-returnable
– the balance of the price of the holiday/course is partially refundable. Cancellation
28-15 days before the beginning of the holiday/course: 2/3 refunded
14-8 days before the beginning of the holiday/course: 1/3 refunded
7 or less days before the beginning of the holiday/course onwards: no refund.
In the very unlikely event of us having to cancel a programme on which you have made a booking, we shall offer you (1) a transfer to any other of our programmes you select, with a corresponding adjustment of payment; or (2) a refund of all payments to us, plus free transfer from Málaga and bed & breakfast with a family in Jubrique for the period you had booked.
